Roger qualified as a Charted Engineer and - after passing his accountancy exams - worked as a finance professional in the engineering industry. He joined Price Waterhouse (later PwC) management consultants, working across all industry sectors in the UK and overseas.

On leaving PwC, Roger worked as an independent consultant, where he specialised in working within the Charity and Public sectors. He was Finance Director of a large grant-giving charity and has been a Trustee of a local charity for over 25 years.

Roger lives near Stratford-upon-Avon, is married to Lesley, has two fantastic daughters and three beautiful grandchildren.
