Jonh williams

John had a 30 year career with the BBC where he travelled the world making programs. He has been involved in creating several Charities with a focus on supporting people with special needs and he also sits on the board of a Grant Making Trust.

He is a founder member of Where Next, having been part of a group of parents that realised there was a need for meaningful working opportunities for school leavers with special needs so that they could contribute to society. Where Next was the resulting charity.

He believes the world of work and the social family Where Next has created goes long way to supporting not only those with a learning disability but also their parents, carers and families.
