Nikki joined Where Next in 2009 at our Spernal Site as a support worker.

before working her way up to a Managers position when In 2013 Nikki opened Where Next Hub,

Nikki then took on the role as Manager for our Industries Unit and managed both units.

Nikki has a number of Qualification including Advocacy, where she supports parents/carers with advice and guidance surrounding
